Online bookings must be placed at least 6 hours in advance. You can also book via the Taxi 023 App.
Are child seats mandatory in the taxi?
No, child seats are not mandatory in the taxi. Children transported in a taxi are exempt from the obligation to sit in a child seat according to the Passenger Transport Act.
Are my flight details monitored in case of delays or early arrivals?
Yes, we monitor your flight details in real-time via the Schiphol app, both for delays and early arrivals. This ensures that your driver is ready for you on time upon arrival at Schiphol.

Will I receive a confirmation for an online reservation?
You will receive a confirmation immediately after placing your online booking.
